Welcome to our Specialized Medical Programs. These services are offered as standalone, cash-pay options and are available to all individuals who meet the program's medical criteria. 

You do not need to be an existing primary care patient at our clinic to enroll in a Specialized Support Program.

Acceptance into any program is subject to an initial medical evaluation to ensure it is a safe and appropriate choice for you.

 Program Costs

• Initial Consultation: $150
• Ongoing Provider Visits: $100 (Scheduled as needed for medication adjustments or progress checks)
• Weekly Medication Injections (optional): see below

What Our Program Includes

• Personalized Medical Evaluation: We review your medical history, goals, and potential barriers to create a realistic, safe, and effective treatment plan.
• Medication Management (if appropriate):
  • Pharmacy Prescriptions: FDA-approved medications (such as GLP-1 agonists like Wegovy, Phentermine, Contrave, etc.) may be prescribed based on your health profile, and are subject to insurance coverage.

For patients without insurance coverage or facing high prescription costs, we offer compounded GLP-1 Tirzepatide. This affordable alternative is prepared by a US-based, FDA-registered, and cGMP-compliant facility.

• In-Office Weekly Injections: We offer compounded medications administered in our office. These are paid for at the time of service.
  • Tirzepatide with B6 (Weekly Injection)
• 2.5 mg: $25 per injection
• 5 mg or 7.5 mg: $75 per injection
• 10 mg: $85 per injection
• 12.5 mg or 15 mg: $110 per injection
• (Note: Doses above 7.5 mg are by special doctor's order only.)
• B-Complex (MIC-12) Injections: A blend of B vitamins and amino acids to help boost energy, metabolize fat, and support your weight loss.
• Nutritional Guidance: We can connect you with local dietitians for specialized counseling, especially helpful for those with diabetes or dietary restrictions.
• Expected Results: With medication, typical results are 1–2 lbs / week for women and up to 3 lbs / week for men.

Note on Fees: 

Program visit fees ($150/$100) are separate from the cost of medications. 

All program fees are paid at the time of service. 

Pharmacy prescription costs are handled directly by your pharmacy and/or insurance.

Low testosterone can significantly impact your energy, mood, and overall quality of life. Our TRT program is designed to evaluate and, if appropriate, restore your hormone levels to an optimal range.

This program includes a comprehensive evaluation and management of Testosterone Cypionate injections.

  • Testosterone Cypionate: All Doses $25 per injection

What Our Program Includes

• Personalized Medical Evaluation: We review your medical history, symptoms of low testosterone, and treatment goals to create a realistic, safe, and effective treatment plan.
• Comprehensive Lab Work: Initial and ongoing blood tests are required to measure your testosterone levels (total and free), as well as other key health markers (like PSA and red blood cell counts) to ensure TRT is safe for you.
  • Lab Fees: Testing needs vary for each patient. We will discuss your specific testing requirements and costs with you during your consultation. You have the option to bill lab work to your insurance or pay a negotiated cash price directly to the clinic.
• Medication Management (if appropriate):
  • Testosterone Cypionate Injections: Based on your lab results and evaluation, your provider will prescribe and administer your appropriate dose in our office.
  • Required Safety Monitoring: For your safety and per Virginia regulations, patients prescribed ANY controlled substance must complete routine urine drug screenings at least once every three months. The cost for this testing is not included in visit fees. Your options, including insurance billing or a cash fee paid directly to the clinic, will be discussed with you during your consultation.
• Expected Results: While individual results vary, patients on TRT often report benefits such as improved energy levels, better mood, increased libido, and enhanced overall quality of life.

We offer dedicated services to accurately diagnose and manage ADHD. These services are available to both our primary care patients and individuals under the care of other providers.

ADHD Testing (Standalone Service)

We provide a comprehensive, computerized in-office test designed to accurately diagnose ADHD and help tailor an effective treatment plan.

• Service: Computerized, in-office ADHD diagnostic testing.
• Cost: $200 (one-time fee)
• Eligibility: Open to anyone aged 13 and older.

ADHD Medication Management Program

For patients with a confirmed ADHD diagnosis (either from our testing or another provider), our medication management program offers personalized, ongoing support.

Finding the right treatment for ADHD is a process. Medications are highly individual, not one-size-fits-all, and it may take time to find the right medication and dose for you.
Our providers will partner with you to create a safe and effective plan. 

Please note that not everyone with an ADHD diagnosis is an appropriate candidate for medication due to factors like potential drug interactions or other health conditions. Our first priority is your overall health and well-being.

• Ongoing Follow-up Visits: $100 (Typically scheduled every three months as needed)

• Personalized Provider Support: We will work closely with you to manage your treatment plan, navigating the process to find the most effective solution for you.
• Required Safety Monitoring: For your safety and per Virginia regulations, patients prescribed ANY controlled substance must complete routine urine drug screenings at least once every three months.
